The deadline to cure (correct) your absentee/mail ballot is November 29, 2022. Voters are notified by mail of rejected ballots due to missing/mismatching signature statements. Voters must then sign and return a curing statement or appear at their county clerk's office before the deadline. Three days before certification, the county auditors must attempt to notify voters with outstanding ballots to be cured by phone using the information in the voter registration record.
