Oklahoma Overseas and Military Voters

You are a Military or Overseas voter if you are in uniformed services, living overseas OR a spouse or dependant of a uniformed services voter. To get registered and vote, you can utilize Overseas Vote Foundation.

Oklahoma Absentee Ballot Process

Any registered voter in Oklahoma may vote by absentee ballot. It is not necessary to give a reason for voting absentee. Applications for absentee ballots must be made in writing. The deadline to apply for an absentee ballot to be mailed to you is always 5:00 pm on Wednesday preceding the election. Absentee ballot application forms are available from all county election boards and from the state election board.
