6:00 pm - Senator Robert Schaaf (MO Senate District 34) will speak specifically about how institutional corruption affects governance in Missouri, concluding with an overview of the provisions of Amendment 1 and a question and answer session.
6:45 pm - Members of the League of Women Voters will review other ballot issues on the November 6 ballot.

Amendment 1 contains provisions relating to redistricting, lowering campaign contribution limits and stopping legislative fundraising on state property, eliminating lobbyist gifts larger than $5 per day, requiring more transparency by state government, and a two-year waiting period before a legislator may become a lobbyist.
