Mississippi Absentee Voting

ALERT: Due to COVID-19 (coronavirus) the criteria for requesting an absentee ballot has been updated to include a temporary or permanent physical disability, which may include but is not limited to a physician imposed quarantine due to COVID-19. Or, if someone is caring for a dependent that is under a physician imposed quarantine due to COVID-19.

California November 3 General Election

ALERT: Due to COVID-19 (coronavirus), all registered voters will be mailed an absentee ballot automatically. The voted ballot must be postmarked by the Election Day and received 17 days after the election in order to be counted. If you have tested positive for COVID-19 (coronavirus) or are quarantining due to possible exposure, you can still vote in the November 3, 2020 General Election! Call your local elections office to see what options you have.

Rhode Island General Election

ALERT: Due to COVID-19 (coronavirus) voters do NOT need a witness or notary to sign their absentee ballots for the 2020 election cycle. Voted ballots must be received by 8pm on Election Day in order to be counted. If you are no longer able to vote in person you can still vote using an emergency mail ballot. You can get an emergency mail ballot until 4pm on Election Day, but voted ballots must be returned by 8pm on Election Day in order to count.

DC November Election

ALERT: Due to COVID-19 (coronavirus) all registered voters will be mailed a ballot for the November elections. Your voted and mailed ballot must be postmarked on or before Election Day, and must arrive no later than 7 days after the election to be counted.  DC is also adding additional vote centers during the voting period (October 27 - November 2) and Election Day. Please contact the DCBOE for more information about your polling locations.

Delaware Vote by Mail

ALERT: Due to COVID-19 (coronavirus) all registered voters are able to vote by mail for the November 2020 election. All voted ballots must be RECEIVED by 8pm on Election Day in order to be counted. If you prefer to vote in person on Election Day you may still do so. If you have tested positive for COVID-19 (coronavirus) or are quarantining due to possible exposure, you can still vote in the November 3, 2020 General Election!

Indiana Voting with COVID

ALERT: If you have tested positive for COVID-19 (coronavirus) or are quarantining due to possible exposure, you can still vote in the November 3, 2020 General Election! You may request an emergency absentee ballot via medical emergency and still cast your ballot. Contact your local election official to request your emergency ballot. 

 

Massachusetts Voting with COVID

ALERT: If you have tested positive for COVID-19 (coronavirus) or are quarantining due to possible exposure, you can still vote in the November 3, 2020 General Election! If you have been admitted to the hospital within 7 days before the election, or if you have been told by a medical professional to quarantine in your home within 7 days of the election, you many use the absentee ballot application to assign someone to pick up your emergency absentee ballot.

Missouri Vote by Mail

ALERT: Due to COVID-19 (coronavirus) all Missouri voters may vote by mail for the November 3rd elections. All voters may vote absentee with a notarization of the ballot envelope, and voters in at-risk categories for contracting or transmitting COVID-19 are eligible to vote absentee by mail WITHOUT getting the envelope notarized. ABSENTEE BALLOT APPLICATIONS MUST BE SENT TO THE APPROPRIATE LOCAL ELECTION AUTHORITY BY THE DEADLINE IN ORDER TO BE VALID.

New Hampshire Absentee Voting

ALERT: Due to COVID-19 (coronavirus) there have been changes to the absentee voting criteria for New Hampshire voters. Voters who either have COVID-19, are caring for someone who has COVID-19, or believe that voting in person will expose them to COVID-19 can apply for, and receive an absentee ballot. To receive your absentee ballot you must sign the "disability" affidavit on the application. Voters are encouraged to apply for their absentee ballot ASAP in order to receive it in advance of the September election.

Minnesota Absentee Voting

ALERT: Due to COVID-19, all registered voters are encouraged to vote absentee for the August 11th primary election. Absentee ballots will NOT need a witnesses signature in order to be counted, if you do not have someone who can witness your ballot your vote will still count. Be sure to send in the absentee ballot on time (it must be POSTMARKED by Election Day). If you have any questions, please contact your local election officials.
