If you have a state driver's license, you must provide your driver's license number on your registration form. If you do not have a state license you must supply the last 4 digits of your social security number. If you do not have a Social Security Number, write none in the space provided for this number.
If you have a Georgia Drivers License number or ID card issued by the GA Department of Driver Services with a signature on file with DDS, you can register to vote online!

To register, you must complete and sign a voter registration application. To complete the form, you must provide your full name, residential address, date of birth and citizenship status. Once completed, you must mail the form to the board of elections in your county. The board of elections will then send you a voter registration card.
To register to vote you must have either a verifiable state driver's license number or the last four digits of your Social Security number. If you do not have either of these, and you are registering for the first time by mail, you may provide a copy of another acceptable form of ID.

You must provide your current and valid driver's license number (from your state), an ID number or the last 4 digits of your Social Security number to register. If you have none of these numbers, you must write "NONE" on the voter registration form.
All voters are required to show photo ID or sign a Personal Identification Affidavit to cast a regular ballot.

The name on the ID must match the name on the registration list in the poll book but common abbreviations and nicknames are acceptable.
If you hand-deliver your registration application, the staff person helping you will take your form and will ask for photo ID. If you have photo ID with you, you must show it. If you do not have photo ID, or do not have it with you when you register, you can sign an affidavit stating that you do not have photo identification.
If you are registering to vote for the first time in your state, and you mail in your application, you must provide a form of ID.
No registration is necessary, but you must have a valid form of identification to vote absentee or in person.
North Dakota is the only state in the United States that does not require voter registration. In the primary election, voters will see all candidates listed by political party in separate columns. They may only vote in one party's primary so they must remain within that party's column on the ballot.
